Questions from companies

Is there really no fee?

Yes. We do not charge companies anything: no registration fee, no hiring fee and no commission on salary, on the drive day or after it.

Who will we interview?

Our trained students and alumni whose skills match the roles you share. We shortlist candidates for you before the drive, so you meet people relevant to your openings instead of a crowd.

What should we bring?

Just your interviewers and the job details (role, salary range, timings, location). We arrange the room, seating and the candidate schedule.

We are not hiring right now. Can we still join?

Yes. Join the hiring network and send openings whenever they come up. We share profiles of interested candidates with you, free of charge.

Can a placement agency take part?

Yes. Agencies hiring for client companies are welcome. Please share the client roles and requirements when you register.

Are candidates guaranteed a job?

No. You interview and decide. Hire only if a candidate meets your requirements.
